Mr. Feinstein comes to us with more than 30 years in professional practice, as a partner in KPMG Peat Marwick, with a clientele ranging from start-ups to NYSE-listed firms; as a consultant to management of fast growing and dynamic enterprises and as CFO of both publicly-held and private companies. The hallmark of his career is his association with entrepreneurial oriented management groups where quick results and fast turnarounds were required for major business decisions.

Mr. Feinstein's business expertise encompasses all phases of planning, forecasting, projecting financial results and developing formal business plans. He is also expert in the IPO process having assisted numerous companies in their public offering, mergers and acquisitions and other capital raising activities.



In addition to being a certified public accountant, Mr. Feinstein is also a certified valuation analyst (CVA). He has published articles in a number of publications including the CPA Journal. Additionally, he has lectured extensively on SEC reporting and accounting related matters for several organizations, including Practicing Law Institute and Executive Enterprises Institute.
