Mr. Goldman has focused independently on middle market mergers and acquisition advisory work and strategy consulting. He also is a Senior Associate with SGA, Inc., a leading corporate training and organizational development firm providing selling, leading and teaming services. Previously, Mr. Goldman was Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer of Management Assistance, Inc., a Fortune 500 and NYSE-listed company providing computer equipment and services to businesses worldwide. Before that he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Interway Corporation, a world wide lessor of transportation equipment also listed on the NYSE. Mr. Goldman was also an investment banker at Lehman Brothers, a commercial banker at Bankers Trust Company and a bank examiner and staff specialist at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. He is a graduate of Cornell University (Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi), New York University with an MBA, and the Stonier Graduate School of Banking. Mr. Goldman has been active in a number of philanthropic activities, including serving on the Boards of the Mailman School of Public Health at Columbia University and the American Red Cross.
