Mr. Nolan joined Goldmark on a part-time basis in September, 1999. He previously served as Vice Chairman/COO of Knowledge Industry Publications, Inc., which was sold to Phillips in 1996. As Vice Chairman/COO, he was responsible for all operational aspects of the company including business planning, administration, production, systems and acquisitions. Mr. Nolan spent two years with International Thomson Transport Press as an Executive Vice President of Finance & Administration and ten years with Conde Nast, including the final two years as Corporate Controller of The New Yorker magazine. Mr. Nolan is a CPA in the state of New York and a graduate of Manhattan College. He holds an MBA in accounting from Iona College.
